Please be aware that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and if you don't give us a 24 hour notice we will charge 100% cost of service. We also don't have showers in our facility.

Masseuse gave me the best and most thorough massage I have had in a long time. She identified places I needed more work on, and also gave me tips for how I can maintain and improve my mobility in my own time. She helped me work out stress / tight points throughout. What a lovely way to spend an hour! Highly recommend.

This place has become an obsession for me ....I'm here every Sunday night to close off my week and reset my next week. The place is clean, the owner is absolutely amazing, kind and full of useful information. Infrared sauna and contrast therapy are my go to but all Services are top tier. I can't wait to try out more of the services.
